Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, guests, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a retail and entertainment location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and/or local responders as needed.; Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout the location, including entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter areas, to help to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions.; Monitor high-traffic public areas and support access control practices, crowd management, and/or line organization during busy periods, special events, and closing procedures.; Assist with reporting hazards, maintenance concerns, and policy violations, and provide clear directions and assistance to patrons and employees during routine operations and/or unusual situations.
