Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.; Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating relevant details to property management and/or emergency personnel as needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity, unsecured access points, and/or property issues.; Monitor access points and support visitor and contractor entry procedures in accordance with site rules, while reporting suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or hazards to the appropriate contacts.; Support daily operations by preparing reports, recording incidents, and providing assistance during alarms, evacuations, and/or other building-related events.
