Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a government location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and report relevant details according to site protocols; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout assigned buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual behavior; Monitor access points and public areas, assist with visitor and staff interactions, and support orderly operations in accordance with post instructions; Document daily activities, observations, and/or incidents, and communicate with supervisors and local personnel regarding security-related concerns and changing conditions
