Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, while communicating clearly with staff, visitors, and emergency responders as needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual behavior; Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas, helping to control access, observe conditions, and report security-related concerns according to site procedures; Support a welcoming environment by assisting with directions, handling routine questions, and documenting incidents and/or daily activities in a timely manner
