Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and program participants by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities within a government location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observations and actions in accordance with site protocols; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, common areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual behavior; Monitor access points, verify identification and/or visitor authorization, and report suspicious activity, policy violations, and maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel; Support daily operations by communicating professionally with staff and visitors, assisting with directions and inquiries, and following post orders for assigned duties
