Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and/or guests by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a cultural institution location.; Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing information with site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout galleries, public areas, entrances, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.; Monitor access points, visitor flow, and restricted areas while following post orders and assisting with directions, escorts, and general questions.; Support closing and opening routines, report maintenance and/or security-related issues, and assist with crowd management during programs, events, and high-traffic periods.
