Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a public-facing municipal location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting relevant details and reporting concerns through proper channels; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, sidewalks, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or potential issues; Monitor access points and public areas, assist visitors with directions and general information, and help to address unauthorized access or policy violations; Support location staff and the public by observing surroundings, communicating clearly with supervisors and/or local responders, and completing routine activity reports
