Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and/or emergency response activities within a commercial real estate location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with property management and/or emergency personnel as needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, common areas, parking areas, and/or the exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.; Monitor entrances, exits, and/or other key areas of the property, assisting with visitor inquiries, reporting maintenance or hazard-related issues, and following post orders for daily operations.
