Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to staff, patients, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns according to site expectations.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.; Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas, assisting with access-related procedures, visitor direction, and/or support during restricted-access situations.; Communicate with site contacts, medical personnel, and Allied Universal leadership regarding incidents, policy questions, and/or changing conditions at the location.
