Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to staff, patients, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site protocols; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the hospital location, including entrances, hallways, parking areas, and perimeter zones, noting and reporting unusual activity and/or conditions; Assist with access control activities by monitoring designated entry points, verifying visitor and/or vendor authorization, and reporting policy violations or security-related concerns; Support a professional environment by documenting incidents, communicating with location personnel, and helping to deter unauthorized activity through visible presence and routine observation
