Job Skills / Requirements
TriCorps Security is hiring professional and motivated Unarmed Level II Security Officers to join our team in the Houston area. Applicants must hold a valid Texas PSB Level II License (Unarmed Security Officer) and demonstrate reliability, strong communication skills, and sound judgment.
As a TriCorps officer, you'll play an important role in ensuring the safety and security of employees, visitors, and property while providing exceptional service and maintaining a professional presence. Full-time and part-time positions are available for dependable individuals who take pride in upholding TriCorps' standards of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and control access to client properties, ensuring authorized entry and maintaining a secure environment.
- Provide courteous assistance to employees, visitors, and vendors while representing TriCorps with professionalism.
- Enforce site-specific policies, regulations, and safety procedures consistently and fairly.
- Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies, incidents, and alarms in coordination with management or local authorities.
- Conduct regular patrols and inspections to identify safety or security concerns.
- Prepare clear and accurate reports detailing daily activities, incidents, and observations.
- Support management and client requests to ensure the highest level of service and security.
- Maintain a professional appearance, demeanor, and attitude at all times.
- Stay alert, observant, and proactive throughout each shift.
- Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Demonstrate reliability, integrity, and sound judgment in all situations.
- Uphold TriCorps' standards of ethics, service, and accountability.
- Positions available in the Houston, Texas area.
- Shifts may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
