Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or the public by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting information through appropriate channels.; Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout assigned buildings, grounds, access points, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.; Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials and/or permissions, and support controlled access procedures in accordance with post orders and location requirements.; Maintain readiness to respond to alarms, medical events, and/or other emergencies, while working collaboratively with site personnel and public agency representatives.
