Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or drivers by carrying out site-specific screening procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities; Screen individuals, personal items, packages, and/or vehicles entering or leaving the location in accordance with post orders and established screening guidelines; Respond to incidents, alarms, and unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observations through required logs and communication channels; Monitor entry points, shipping and receiving areas, and other assigned locations to help support authorized access and help to deter prohibited items and/or unauthorized activity; Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, with attention to dock areas, trailer yards, and other logistics-related operations as assigned
