Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.; Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate observations to property management and/or public emergency personnel as needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify security-related concerns, maintenance issues, and/or policy violations.; Monitor entry and exit activity, observe lobby and exterior conditions, and document daily events, incidents, and/or visitor interactions in accordance with site procedures.; Support Allied Universal and property management expectations by following post orders, reporting hazards and/or suspicious behavior, and assisting with customer service requests in a professional manner.
