Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control activities, and when appropriate, emergency response actions at a technology-focused location; Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing relevant details with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout office spaces, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and report security-related concerns; Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials and/or visitor information, and support lobby and campus rules in alignment with site policies; Support day-to-day operations by communicating clearly with staff and guests, following post orders, and reporting maintenance, life response, and/or security-related issues observed during assigned duties
