Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or members of the public by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, entry points, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity and/or potential concerns.; Monitor access points and observe site activity in accordance with post orders, helping to support authorized entry and reporting suspicious behavior and/or policy violations.; Support Allied Universal standards by completing assigned reports, maintaining a visible presence, and following direction for routine operations and/or special circumstances.
