Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a commercial real estate location.; Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting issues through established site protocols.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, common areas, parking areas, loading zones, stairwells, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.; Monitor access points and observe building activity to help to deter trespassing, unauthorized entry, and/or policy violations while supporting daily operations at the location.; Communicate with property management, tenants, visitors, and first responders as needed regarding security-related concerns, incidents, and/or requests for assistance.
