Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, guests, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at the location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout retail and entertainment areas, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and identify security-related concerns.; Monitor access points and high-traffic areas, assist with crowd and line management, and provide directions and support to guests while maintaining awareness of site activity.; Support closing and opening activities as directed, observe for policy violations or suspicious behavior, and communicate with local authorities and/or emergency responders when needed.
