Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control activities, and appropriate emergency response actions at a financial services location; Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observations according to site protocols; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the interior and exterior of the location, including entrances, parking areas, and perimeter points, to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns; Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials when required, and report suspicious behavior, maintenance issues, and/or policy violations to the appropriate contact; Support Allied Universal and site leadership by following post orders, communicating clearly with clients and guests, and completing required reports related to daily operations and incidents
