Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a public transportation location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns through appropriate channels; Conduct regular and random patrols of platforms, stations, parking areas, buildings, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and security-related concerns; Monitor access points, public areas, and restricted locations to help support authorized entry, observe visitor activity, and report suspicious behavior and/or policy violations; Communicate with site contacts, transit personnel, passengers, and/or first responders regarding incidents, directions, and security-related matters while maintaining a professional presence
