Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a cultural institution location.; Respond to incidents, visitor concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating relevant information to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout galleries, public areas, entrances, exits, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual conditions.; Monitor access points, observe visitor and staff activity, and report maintenance, policy, and/or security-related concerns that could affect daily operations or the protection of exhibits and property.
