Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and vendors by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a financial services location; Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and credentials, and document visitor activity to help support authorized access throughout the location; Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site protocols; Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, remaining aware of access points, restricted areas, and other security-related concerns; Prepare clear reports on daily activities, incidents, and access control issues, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership
