Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities within a corporate technology location; Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or first responders as needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout office areas, lobbies, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns; Monitor access points and badge-controlled areas, assist with visitor processing, and report suspicious behavior, unsecured entries, and/or policy violations to appropriate personnel; Support daily operations by completing incident reports, maintaining awareness of changing site conditions, and following post orders and client-directed protocols during routine and emergency situations
