Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing information with supervisors and/or local responders as needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout academic buildings, residence halls, parking areas, walkways, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or policy concerns.; Monitor access points, check credentials when required, and assist with visitor entry procedures in support of location rules and daily operations.; Support campus events, after-hours activity, and/or special assignments by providing a visible presence, answering questions, and reporting hazards, maintenance issues, and other security-related concerns.
