Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property staff while following site-specific procedures and assigned security-related duties.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and communicate relevant details to property management and/or emergency contacts as needed.; Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout lobbies, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions.; Monitor access points, observe building activity, and document incidents, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations according to site expectations.; Support emergency response activities for the location, including assisting with evacuations, access control, and direction of occupants during unusual events.
