Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and public responders when needed.; Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.; Monitor access points and sensitive areas, verify identification and/or permissions as required, and report unusual activity, hazards, and/or policy violations according to post instructions.; Support healthcare operations by assisting with de-escalation, escorting authorized individuals when appropriate, and maintaining a visible presence during routine activities and/or high-traffic periods.
