Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and/or members of the public while carrying out site-specific procedures and emergency response activities at a government location; Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel; Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout assigned buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual behavior; Monitor access points and verify credentials, authorizations, and deliveries in accordance with site policies, while maintaining professional interactions with employees, contractors, and/or visitors; Support emergency protocols by assisting with de-escalation, directing foot and vehicle traffic when needed, and coordinating with supervisors, law enforcement, and/or first responders during security-related events
