Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, verifying identification and credentials, and monitoring entry and exit activity at a government location.; Respond to incidents, policy concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and/or public officials as needed.; Monitor visitors, staff, contractors, and deliveries, helping to deter unauthorized access and directing individuals according to established post orders and facility protocols.; Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, entrances, and perimeter locations, remaining alert to unusual activity and reporting security-related concerns promptly.; Support emergency response activities by following site procedures, controlling access during elevated situations, and assisting with orderly movement throughout the location.
