Summary
Provide quality of service to our customers. Assist assigned HTS technicians with proper training in Vallen standard operating procedures. Providing customer service in the area of installation and/or ITM of Life Safety Systems. Including, but not limited to: Fire Extinguishers, Fire Alarm and Detection Systems, Gas Detection Systems, Foam Systems, Dry Chemical Systems, Clean Agent Systems, Special Hazard Systems and Water Based Systems. May also have job coordination responsibilities in the absence of a Technician Lead if assigned by the supervisor/manager for specific jobs or customers. May lead other technicians within area of expertise. May be responsible for interacting with the customers to coordinate job activities. Responsible for ensuring all documentation associated with assigned tasks is filled out accurately, completely & turned in for proper invoicing.
