Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control activities, and other security-related duties appropriate to a shelter location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site leadership and/or emergency services when appropriate; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including interior common areas, entrances, exits, and exterior perimeter areas, as assigned; Monitor for unusual activity, policy violations, and/or potential hazards, and document observations, incidents, and daily activities in required reports; Support a respectful environment by assisting with de-escalation, providing directions and information, and reporting concerns involving residents, guests, and/or staff through proper channels
