Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service at a healthcare location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting observations and communicating with staff and visitors.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or potential concerns.; Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized entry while assisting patients, visitors, and staff with directions and general site information.; Support daily operations by reporting hazards, maintenance concerns, and/or policy-related issues to the appropriate personnel in a timely manner.
