Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology-focused corporate location; Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout office buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity, unsecured access points, and/or maintenance concerns; Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor access as directed, and help to deter unauthorized activity while maintaining professional interactions with staff and guests; Support day-to-day operations by reporting hazards, policy violations, and/or suspicious behavior, and by following post orders and client-directed protocols for a dynamic business environment
