Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a hotel and resort environment; Respond to guest, visitor, and staff concerns, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, courteous, and problem-solving manner; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, hallways, guest-facing areas, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify unusual conditions; Monitor access points, observe activity on the property, and document incidents, hazards, and/or maintenance-related concerns according to site protocols; Support a welcoming atmosphere by assisting with directions, reporting suspicious behavior, and communicating with site contacts and/or first responders when needed
