Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and/or emergency response activities; Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or first responders as needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including lobbies, office areas, parking areas, and perimeter points, to help identify and report suspicious, unsafe, or unauthorized activity; Monitor entrances, exits, and other sensitive areas within the location to help support established policies related to visitor access, employee movement, and after-hours activity; Complete routine logs, incident reports, and other documentation related to security-related observations, patrol activity, and/or customer service interactions
