Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to staff, patients, and visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while preparing clear, timely reports on security-related activities; Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior; Monitor entrances, restricted areas, and high-traffic locations, verify credentials when required, and support de-escalation efforts during security-related events; Work collaboratively with site leadership, medical personnel, and first responders during emergencies and/or routine operations while following post orders and applicable armed post guidelines
