Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, members, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a financial institution location.; Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed.; Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the location, including the interior, exterior, parking areas, and perimeter, while helping to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual behavior.; Monitor entry and exit points, verify access permissions when required, and report suspicious activity, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations to appropriate personnel.; Support opening and closing procedures, observe high-traffic member service areas, and remain prepared to respond to security-related concerns involving cash-handling locations and other sensitive areas.
