Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or property staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related activities, and when appropriate, emergency response activities; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observed conditions and reported concerns according to post guidelines; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and support security-related operations; Monitor entry points and community areas, communicate with residents and/or visitors as needed, and report maintenance issues, policy violations, and other notable activity to the appropriate contacts
