    Key Responsibilities:
    • Clinical Care:
      • Provide outpatient care for a diverse pediatric patient population focusing on developmental-behavioral health.
      • Manage and support children with developmental disorders, behavioral issues, and other related conditions.
      • Work within an established patient base in a supportive and collaborative environment.
    • Schedule:
      • 1-2 weeks of coverage per month.
      • Monday through Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM, with no after-hours or weekend call responsibilities.
    • EMR System:
      • Utilize the Epic EMR system for all patient documentation and management.
    • Certification and Licensing:
      • Must be board-certified or board-eligible in Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrics or Neurodevelopmental Disabilities (NDD).
      • An active Alaska medical license is required; unfortunately, licensing reimbursement is not provided for this position.
    Practice Details:
    • Practice Setting: Outpatient
    • Patients Per Shift: Average of 6 patients per day
    • Rounding: Not required
    • Holidays: Coverage includes New Year's Day, 4th of July, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
