Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific screening procedures, access protocols, and/or emergency response activities at a government healthcare location.; Screen visitors, employees, and/or permitted items at designated entry points, checking identification, badges, and authorized access in accordance with location policies.; Respond to incidents, prohibited items, and/or escalated situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as appropriate.; Monitor entrances, lobbies, and nearby assigned areas for unusual activity, help to deter unauthorized access, and document screening-related incidents and daily activity.; Communicate clearly with the public, patients, staff, and/or contractors while providing directions, answering questions, and supporting orderly entry procedures.
