BAE Systems is seeking a Traffic Analyst to join its organization.
Responsibilities:- Prepare and distrubute DD form 250 for all contract deliverables, ensuring accuracy and quality, for the sale of goods and services.
- Ability to read and understand contract language
- Handle calls and meetings outside of normal business hours to guarantee no pickup and/or delivery disruptions
- Attend quarterly business reviews, virtual and/or in person
- Identify, determine, and lead savings initiatives to reduce costs
- Identify root cause and implement corrective actions
- Participate in key performance indicators (KPI) discussions
- Maintain location matrix file
- Manage carrier aged payables
- Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of related experience OR equivalent education/experience
- Experience with an ERP system
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel)
- Experience managing and analyzing large quantities of data.
- Possess knowledge of contract language and invoice creation processes
