Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to guests, residents, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a hotel location.; Respond to incidents, guest concerns, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, and report observations according to site guidelines.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, corridors, common areas, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to deter unwanted activity and identify security-related concerns.; Monitor access points, observe on-site activity, and assist with visitor direction, property rules, and incident documentation while supporting a welcoming hospitality environment.
