Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.; Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant information to property management and/or emergency personnel as needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the building, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or potential property concerns.; Monitor access points, observe activity at the location, and report suspicious behavior, unsecured entries, and/or policy violations in accordance with site guidelines.; Support a professional presence at a commercial real estate location by documenting daily activities, completing incident reports, and assisting with security-related requests from authorized personnel.
