Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, front desk protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.; Monitor lobby and reception area activity, greet arriving guests, verify access authorizations, and support visitor management processes for the location.; Answer phones, assist with directions and general inquiries, and communicate with property management and/or emergency contacts regarding incidents, concerns, or unusual activity.; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting security-related events and completing required reports.; Support access control functions by helping to monitor entrances, issuing visitor credentials when applicable, and reporting maintenance, life-related, and property concerns to the appropriate personnel.
