Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, drivers, and/or vendors by following site-specific access control procedures and security-related policies at a logistics and distribution location; Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials, issue visitor and/or contractor access documentation, and report unusual activity or access concerns to site leadership; Respond to incidents, delivery disputes, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including supporting emergency response activities when appropriate; Help to deter unauthorized access by controlling vehicle and pedestrian gates, documenting arrivals and departures, and maintaining accurate access logs and incident reports; Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, including shipping, receiving, parking, and warehouse-adjacent areas, as working environments and conditions may vary by site
