Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a retail location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting observations and reporting unusual activity.; Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the store, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.; Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas while maintaining awareness of customer, visitor, and associate activity to support site rules and daily operations.; Assist with access control, de-escalation, and/or coordination with local law enforcement or emergency personnel when needed, in accordance with post orders and Allied Universal guidelines.
