Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service within a healthcare location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or urgent situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner, including assisting staff, patients, and visitors with security-related concerns; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions; Monitor access points and visitor activity, report suspicious behavior, and document incidents, observations, and/or policy violations according to site guidelines; Support a respectful environment by communicating with patients, visitors, and staff, following post orders, and reporting maintenance issues, hazards, and/or security-related matters to the appropriate personnel
