Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a government location; Monitor access points and help to control entry and exit by verifying identification, credentials, permits, and/or visitor authorization in accordance with site protocols; Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observations and actions taken; Communicate with visitors, employees, contractors, and/or public personnel regarding entry requirements, directions, restricted areas, and site expectations; Conduct regular and random patrols around assigned areas and perimeter locations, noting access control concerns, unsecured entry points, and/or policy violations
