Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, passengers, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a public transportation location; Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observations to site leadership and/or public agency contacts as directed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout terminals, public areas, parking locations, access points, and perimeter areas, with work environments and conditions varying by location; Monitor entry and restricted areas for unauthorized activity, help to deter policy violations, and document security-related concerns, incidents, and/or maintenance issues; Assist with crowd management, wayfinding, and traffic flow during busy travel periods, special events, and/or disruptions while following post orders and applicable location procedures
