Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and/or the public by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns through appropriate channels.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.; Monitor access points and verify authorized entry, while following post orders and applicable protocols for an armed patrol assignment.; Support public-facing operations by providing directions, answering questions, and assisting with security-related issues while maintaining a professional presence throughout the location.
