Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a retail location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining a professional armed presence; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the store, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior; Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas, report unusual conditions, and/or document incidents according to site protocols; Work with store personnel, visitors, and/or first responders during medical events, alarms, evacuations, and other security-related concerns
